Sparking quite a debate on Reddit, for those of you feeling sorry for these furry friends, worry not. Horses and goats develop thick coats in the winter. You can put blankets on them, and they often sleep in barns at night when temperatures dip but they really do develop warm furry coats to protect them from the snow, moisture and cold. It’s just how nature works.
Also, get your mind out of the gutter. That’s just a fence post!
